At the heart of my philosophy is the belief that golf instruction is not just about shaping swings… it’s about shaping people. Every golfer who comes to me brings a story, a set of experiences, and emotions that influence how they learn. My role as a coach is to see the human first and the swing second.

Golf can often feel intimidating, especially for beginners or those stepping into a new environment. That’s why I place a strong emphasis on building rapport and creating trust. When students feel safe, seen, and supported, they are more willing to explore, make mistakes, and grow. Without this foundation, even the simplest technical corrections can feel out of reach.

I focus on meeting students where they are. For some, that means addressing nervousness or fear of failure; for others, it may mean tapping into their competitive drive or nurturing a deeper connection with the game. My approach is personalized because every person learns differently.

Ultimately, my goal is to make golf more enjoyable, more accessible, and more rewarding. By putting the person before the swing, I not only help students play better golf, but I also give them tools for confidence, resilience, and joy that extend far beyond the course.
