My name is Mackenzie but most people call me Kenzie for short. I started playing golf at the age of seven. Shortly after that I started playing competitively. I played in junior golf tournaments as well as my girl's high school golf team. I attended Methodist University in North Carolina. I received my Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus in Professional Golf Management. I have been very lucky to work at multiple golf courses public, resort and private allowing me to gain a lot of knowledge for both teaching and inside operations. If I am not at the golf course I am usually somewhere with my dog Cali. I bring her everywhere with me! I enjoy hiking and recently have picked up film photography. I enjoy teaching golf in a way that allows my students to have fun during their lessons. Range time can become repetitive and the golf course can sometimes be intimidating. By being creative and making the lessons fun it allows my students to be relaxed and feel comfortable while adjusting the swing.
