Ginger Brown Lemm is a distinguished PGA member with over 30 years of excellence as a player, executive, and elite coach. After a decorated collegiate career at the University of Texas, where she was a two-time All-Southwest Conference selection, Lemm transitioned into impactful leadership roles, including serving as the Executive Director of The First Tee of Arkansas. As the Head Coach at Mississippi State University, she transformed the program into a national powerhouse, leading the team to a historic sixth-place finish at the 2014 NCAA National Championship and securing the #1 Ranking in DI Women's golf. Her coaching legacy includes developing numerous All-Americans and professional stars, most notably LPGA standout Ally McDonald Ewing.

Continuing her commitment to the growth of the sport, Lemm has joined the PGA of America as a Player Engagement Consultant, supporting the Gateway, Gulf States, Midwest, and South Central Sections. Her professional accolades include inductions into the Arkansas State Golf Association and Hope High School Halls of Fame, alongside earning a Master's degree in Educational Leadership while coaching with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Outside of her professional endeavors, Ginger enjoys a fulfilling life with her husband, Floyd, and their two children: Parker, an Environmental Scientist, and Paige, a Community Outreach Coordinator and former collegiate golfer.
